Wedding and Portraiture courses

When completing one of my courses, it should enable you to have the insight and confidence to set up on your own, initially on a part time basis, and if all goes well, eventually progress to become a full time professional.

These courses are run on a very personal basis and are designed for a

maximum of 3 participants (or individual 1 : 1 tuition)

I feel the limited numbers is most important to gain the maximum benefit from your time with me rather than larger courses and seminars available elsewhere. With the courses I run you are directly involved the whole time and are welcome to ask any questions throughout each day, in addition to receiving post course support.

A vast amount of information, advice, and secret tips are given out during these courses, much of which will never be found in books, magazines or at colleges. You will learn how everything can be successfully run from either a commercial premises, or from your own home.

When attending one of my courses you will soon find out that the business side is as important as the photography. This is due to the extreme importance of effective customer care, professional and swift attention at all times when dealing with your clients, and the general organisation and smooth running of your business.

Your attitude, enthusiasm and dedication is equally as important as to whatever cameras you may own.

It is surprisingly easy to take a dreadful picture with a very expensive camera, but with the right approach and technical knowledge, it is possible to take a fantastic picture with a modest camera and lens, subject to certain criteria being met. It is, of course, even better if you have good cameras, good lenses, and good knowledge !!

Most of the students who attend my courses are amazed at how much they have learnt, and how much they actually enjoyed it!
